Please note: Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on product availability and warehouse logistics. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

Returns & Refunds

đź•’ Return Window You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

📦 Conditions for Return Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resealable condition. Certain personal care or hygiene products may not be eligible for return for safety reasons.

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue — we’ll resolve it quickly with a replacement or refund.

đź’° Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5 business days after processing.
