Immediate Physical Wheel Lockout for Urban Commuters

Chain locks can be cropped in seconds, but a hardened disc brake lock freezes your front rotor completely—stopping opportunist roll-away theft cold. Paired with our high-elasticity Hi-Vis Safety Orange Reminder Cable, it warns thieves off from a distance while ensuring you never accidentally pedal off with the lock engaged.

Important Ordering Note: The Heavy-Duty Disc Lock and Hi-Vis Reminder Cable are sold individually as modular components. To protect your brake calliper from drive-off damage, we strongly recommend adding both to your cart, or upgrading to our complete Anti-Theft Fortress (3-in-1 Bundle).

Why E-Bike Riders Rely On It:

  • Instant Rotor Immobilization: Compact, hardened alloy steel body clamps directly through your brake disc ventilation holes, preventing wheel rotation.
  • Drive-Off Protection (Hi-Vis Cable): High-tension coiled steel cable in high-visibility neon orange stretches from your front rotor directly to your handlebar grip—preventing bent rotors or fork damage.
  • Deterrence at 10 Meters: The unmistakable orange handlebar loop signals to thieves that your e-bike is mechanically immobilized before they even approach.
  • Pick & Drill-Resistant Cylinder: Tubular keyway design prevents standard lock-picking tools from forcing the mechanism. Includes two precision-cut brass keys.
  • On-Frame Storage Bracket: Comes with a quick-release mounting bracket that bolts directly to your frame or seatpost tube so you never ride without it.
  • All-Weather Sealed: Anti-corrosion coating engineered to withstand wet Dutch winters, salt spray, and road grit.

Specifications:

  • Body Material: Heat-treated hardened steel alloy & high-impact ABS shell
  • Cable: Flexible braided steel core wrapped in UV-resistant neon orange PVC (extends up to 120 cm)
  • Pin Diameter: 5.5 mm (fits standard bicycle, e-bike, and scooter disc rotors)
  • Locking Depth: 7 mm throat clearance
  • Keys: 2 precision tubular barrel keys included
  • Mounting: Dedicated frame clip + hardware included
